What: Board Meeting
Who: All Team Owners, present Officers, Commissioner. If Team Owner cannot
make it, it is imperative that the Team Owner send a proxy.
When: January 24, 2006 Tuesday

Agenda
- Election of Officers (all Board members are requested to have at least one
person from their team to be nominated to a position in NBA's officers
position).
- Presentation of possible changes to number of games played to cut short
playing time.
- Presentation of rules for case where a games is postponed due to
unforeseen circumstances.
- Presentation of suggestions for solving problem on bidding of venue and
the possibility that a team will not be able to attend Finals due to inability
to pay for entree fee.
- Present possible new Clubs/Bars to join NBA.
- Decide on date of start of 1st Conference of 2006.
- Other Matters.
