Minutes of meeting on May 25, 2004 

Present:

Problem:

A team with only 2 lady players, what slots will be considered as default in case that a player was allowed to play more than 3 three games.

 Decision:

Based on existing rules and regulations a team captain has to make a line up of players based on available players. With only two lady players, it should be that the last Ladies single will be vacant and the last Mixed Doubles will be vacant. Hence, if a lady player is allowed to play more than three games, thus filling up this slots, this games will be considered forfeited, irregardless whether it was won or lost.

Venue will be exclusive to all participants who have paid Php400.00 starting at 11:30 am on May 30, 2004. Lunch will be served.
