Minutes:

Letters of invitation were prepared and given to Cora for distribution.

Colin Didcott turnover funds to Derick Araneta.

- To be used only for Identification purposes.
- Discounts to NBA ID cardholders will be purely at the discretion of club
owners and not to be sanctioned by NBA.
- Sample letter for Sponsorship was presented to the Board.
- Ferrule submitted their team roster.
Deadline for submission of team rosters is next scheduled meeting. Rosters
will serve be used for records purposes and new players may be added only
during the first three scheduled playing dates in the first (1st)
round robin. After that no player may be added to the list Then no
player outside the list may play for the team with the exception of a "guest"
player who can only play once of the entire season.
- Deadline for submission of team contributions will be on the next schedule
meeting.
- Possible re-classification of players will be looked into by the
Commissioner based on past season's performance.
- All venues were reminded to keep their NBA bulletin boards updated.
- Changes in rules:
- Top team in preliminary round (highest score in two round robins) will be
be bye in case that there is an odd number of teams. This replaces previous
minutes were it was decided that this will be done by a draw.
- All games will now be a race to 2 (best of 3).
- All men's slots in thirteen outings will be play by different players.
Hence a team will now have to have a minimum of thirteen (13) male players.
- Ladies can play once (1) in Singles and once (1) in mixed doubles. Hence
the minimum number of Lady players for a team is still four (4).
- Ranked outings (games number 7,8,9) may be played by either sex (male or
female) and either ranked and unranked. For example, in case a team has a
ranked Lady player, she can play on one (1) of this slots.
- Games starts at 9:00pm and thirty (30) second shot clock rule will be
strictly implemented.
- Next meeting on February 15, 2005 at Ferrule at 9:00pm.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00pm.
