Minutes: (meeting started at 9:30pm)

1. Bids were submitted by:
   1. Rock n' Roll - Php 385.00 garnered 1 vote (click here to view)
   2. Gallery Billiards - Php500.00 for full course and Php150.00 for merienda only. (click here to view)
   3. Filling Station - Php350.00 garnered 4 votes (click here to view)

   Having been voted upon, Filling Station will host the Finals on December 11, 2005.

    

2. Revision of rules (to be implemented at the start of the second round)
   1. Players under the age of eighteen (18) must have written consent from parents and/or accompanied by parent.
   2. Leaving cuestick on top of the table during play is a foul.
   3. Mixed Doubles - only player doing the inning may place cue ball on the table in case of ball in hand.
3. Individual championships is revised as follows:
   1. Men's Singles
   2. Ladies' Singles
   3. Mixed Doubles
   4. Team Captains
   5. Classified (Ranked)
   6. Ladies Nominated
   7. Mens' Nominated
   8. Open (to all except classified)
4. Individual championships is to be raffled on the day after the last game of the first (1^st) round.
5. No new players may be allowed to play in the second round. Only players that played in first (1^st) round may play in second round. Guest players will not be allowed to play in the second round.
6. Study options for a better way of determining who will host finals vis-à-vis  bidding for it and letting Team Owners vote on its bids.
7. Penalties for coaching player while in play is still undecided. Penalties and procedures to be discussed in the next meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 11:30pm. Next meeting schedule on October 5, 2005 at 8:00pm. All Team Owners and  Team Captains encouraged to attend this meeting.
