1. Individual championships was raffled and the results as follows:
   1. Gallery - Team Captains
   2. Hard Rock - Men's Nominated
   3. Rackers - Open (to all except classified)
   4. Rollers - Men's Single
   5. Cable Car - Ladies Nominated
   6. Filling Station - Classified
   7. Ferrule - Ladies Singles
   8. A-Cue-Stick - Mixed Doubles

   Sequence is as shown above.

2. Revise schedule to exclude first (1^st) week of November from festivities.
3. Finals moved to December 18, 2005. Filling Station will have to be informed that Finals has been postponed by one (1) week.
4. Rule on Coaching. If a referee deems that a player of a team is coached by a co-team member, the referee shall call the attention of the Team Captain and slap a warning to the whole team. If the same team commits the same offense a second time, a foul will be slapped on the player that was coached. If the same team commits the same offense a third time, a loss of game will be slapped on the player that was coached.
5. Up for discussion: Study options for a better way of determining who will host finals vis-à-vis  bidding for it and letting Team Owners vote on its bids.
