2. Discussed proposed rules for postponed games due to unforeseen events, eg. Black Out, Storms, Eartquakes, etc..
   1. Score - games that have been completed are deemed completed and cannot be change. Scoresheet will be kept by the Home Venue Team Captain. Both parties will agree to a date and time for the reschedule the games remaining.
   2. Players - before the start of the rescheduled game, both Team Captains can add reserves to the scoresheet. Players that cannot make it on the rescheduled date may be replaced by this reserves.
   3. Date of Replay - It shall be the responsibility of both Team Captains to agree to a date of replay and should not be more than a week after the date of postponement. If both team Captains cannot agree to a date, the home team Captain can suggest a date to the Officers of NBA and will be decided upon by the Officers of NBA.
   4. Replay - replay will start from where last games were disrupted and continue from thereon. Scoresheet of postponed games will be used and substitution will be allowed from the reserves list in case player is not around.
   5. Venue - venue of replay will be venue where the games was disrupted or discontinued.

Meeting adjourned at 11:45pm.
