Present:
Minutes: Revised Tournament Format:A round robin of twelve (12) teams with an equal number of "Home and Away" games player per team. Since this is a single round robin, not all teams will be able to play in the venue of other teams. To be fair and transparent, after all teams schedule has been established, "Home or Away" will be determined by draw from a lot. This round robin will table approximately 11 week, i.e. twelve combination 2 = sixty six (66) games played in 6 venues = 11 weeks. After all games have been played, teams will be ranked from highest to lowest depending on their overall number of points accumulated during the playoff. The six (6) highest team will be consider as Class A Team and the six (6) lower teams will be consider as Class B Team. The six (6) teams in each class will be pitted against each other. Rank 1 vs Rank 6, Rank 2 vs Rank 5, Rank 3 vs Rank 4. Then winner of Rank 2-5 will play will play winner of Rank 3-4. Winner of Rank 2-5:3-4 will play winner of Rank 1-6 which will determine the champion for that group. This will take an additional three (3) weeks. Just to validate that Class A is indeed a higher Class than Class B, a match between Champion team of Class A versus Champion team of Class B will be played. Entry Fees:Deadline for payment of entry fees will be on the next meeting, February 3, 2004.
