Defaulting time will be strictly implemented, i.e., games officially should start at 9:00pm. Defaulting time is fifteen minutes later, 9:15pm.

Unknown players may be promoted to Classified status depending on their performance on their first fifteen (15) games. If its seems that he has won more than seventy-five (75%) of games played against good players, he may be promoted to Classified Status.

Full Intent - a player who intentionally misses on a clear shot to put opponent at an disadvantageous position may be deemed to have lost the game.
