NBA officers meeting on June 13, 2004 at Handle Bar.

Colin Didcot to formulate rules and regulations for next season tournament format.
Next Season to start on July 13, 2004.
Send letters to interested parties as soon as possible.
List of interest parties:
1. Filling Station - 2 teams
2. Handle Bar - 1 team
3. Rack & Roll - 1 or 2 teams
4. Detour - 1 team
5. Galleon - 1 team
6. Cable Car - 1 or 2 teams
7. Token c/o James Sang
8. SIDS
9. Heckle & Jeckle c/o Jerry
10. FIBS c/o Joe Bazo
11. Wild West
12. MSBA c/o Jun Diamante
Format would likely be:
1. Two (2) round Robins for Eliminations. Total points to determine ranking.
2. Top eight (8) teams to vie for top 3 places using a single knock out system.
  1. 1st vs 8th place
  2. 2nd vs 7th place
  3. 3rd vs 6th place
  4. 4th vs 5th place
Teams captains/Co-captains should be identified with the following responsibilities.
1. attend meetings regulary. Points will be deducted from teams whose captains or co-captains fail to attend scheduled meetings.
2. know tournament rules and regulation. Should be able to referee a game.
3. know how to properly make up a line-up for regular weekly tournament competitions.
Requirement for Venue should be reviewed if they are complied with.
Revisions in NBA 8-ball rules and regulations:
1. scratch on the 8-ball whilst opponent still has balls in the table does not mean automatic lose of game. Rather, considered only as a bad shot and incoming players has ball in hand.
2. Mixed doubles format will now be played alternately for each shot.
